Impound Information

In order for us to release your vehicle, you must abide by the following:

The registered owner per DMV records must be present. (You may also bring a notarized letter from the owner authorizing us to release their vehicle to you)


The person of the vehicle is being released to must show identification.



Bring CASH ONLY! We will NOT accept Debit, Credit, Personal Checks, or Money Orders! (We recommend contacting us prior to the release to get an exact amount needed)

  • How do I get my vehicle out of impound?

    Bring photo ID, proof of vehicle ownership (title or current registration), and proof of valid insurance. Storage and tow fees must be paid in full before release. Cash only — no debit, credit, personal checks, or money orders. The registered owner (or someone with a notarized authorization letter) must be present.

  • How long can my vehicle stay in impound?

    Vehicles can remain in impound for up to 30 days, after which abandoned-vehicle procedures begin. Daily storage fees accrue from the day of intake.
